How do we pair our phones?

One of you creates your space in the app and gets a 6-character code. The other one enters this code on their phone, and you're together.

How do I put Kissou on my lock screen?

Touch and hold the lock screen, tap Customize, then Lock Screen. Tap the area under the time and choose Kissou. For the home screen, touch and hold an empty spot, tap Edit then Add Widget, and search for Kissou.

My partner's notes don't show up in the widget

Open Kissou once: it refreshes the widgets. Also check that notifications are on in the iPhone's Settings › Notifications › Kissou.

How do I cancel Kissou+?

Only the person who subscribed can cancel. On the Kissou+ screen, tap Manage my subscription, or go to the iPhone's Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Kissou+ stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and the items you bought stay yours.

I changed phones and lost Kissou+

On the Kissou+ screen, tap Restore purchases with the Apple ID you subscribed with.

How do we delete our data?

In the app, go to Settings › Leave our space › Delete everything. This deletes your space and everything in it, for both of you, and can't be undone. See our privacy policy for details.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings › Delete my account. Your account, your space and everything in it are deleted for both of you. If you subscribed to Kissou+, Apple keeps billing it until you cancel it in the iPhone's Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
